PERSONAL TRAINING - BY APPOINTMENT
Master Ed Wheeler,certified through the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), uses a wide range of techniques to help clients attain total health and wellness through exercise, stress management, nutritional analysis and advice. Whether your desire is weight loss, firming and toning or a more aggressive fitness program, Master Wheeler will design an individual plan specific to your goals. With careful attention to prior and current health issues, the standard of excellence provided by Master Wheeler will help you reach your fitness objectives. Men, women and children over the age of 12 are invited and encouraged.

WHITE BELTS
This class serves as the introduction to the fundamentals of TAE KWON DO. Students learn the basics at their own speed without the pressure of keeping up with belts of a higher rank. The basics taught in this class are essential and give students a solid foundation for their future martial arts journey.

BLACK BELT PROGRAM - Orange thru Purple
Upon completion of White Belt, the Beginner Program reinforces previously learned techniques and adds more complex skills at each newly attained belt level, enabling students to move forward gaining proficiency and confidence. Students attend class two times per week through Gold Belt - at which point they are required to join our Black Belt Program.

ADULT TAE KWON DO
Adults train in Tae Kwon Do, increasing their balance, endurance, focus, aerobic capacity. Self-defense techniques are taught and practiced.

MORNING TAE KWON DO
Morning Tae Kwon Do classes are for adults wanting to increase their flexibility, strength, cardio vascular system, focus and learn self-defense at the same time.

POWER KIDS
A jam-packed class specifically geared to ages 4 through 6. Among other skills, students will learn martial arts basics and several safety and life skills including cooperation, stranger awareness, coordination, discipline, first aid and respect. Classes are taught in a safe and clean environment where children are encouraged to do their individual best.

BO-DAN Class START JULY 10TH
This class is for all Black Belts especially for 1st gup. This class focuses on endurance and assuring Black Belts and 1st gup candidates are ready for the Black Belt test

Navy Belt thru Black Belt
The Advanced Black Belt Program is the final journey to Black Belt. Students focus on perfecting their techniques while adding additional skills. Kali sticks are added to classes with additional emphasis on self-defense.
